· You need to provide Care for Choice with 7 days' notice of the cancellation of any services that are booked in advanced or requested as ongoing with regular days and times.
· Where the cancellation of service is less than 7 days, Care for Choice will claim 100% of the costs for the scheduled service.
· Where multiple cancellations or no shows occur in a 12-month period, Care for Choice will notify the NDIA as a review of your NDIS Plan may be required.
· There is no cap on cancellations.
· Care for Choice will try to reduce the likelihood of cancellations.
· When Care for Choice cancels a support due to organisational reasons, the service can be rescheduled at no penalty to either party.
· Care for Choice will not claim a scheduled service if it is cancelled due to a staff member being unable to attend the scheduled service and if we can not provide another support worker to assist you.
