Yes. With your consent, please let us know who you would like to represent you when communicating with us. Your chosen representative may be someone such as a family member, friend or advocate.
We provide NDIS supports to adults. We may not have the facilities or capacity to meet everyone’s needs. Sometimes your personal care needs may mean that we are unable to provide services. If this is the case, we will talk with you about this and help with referring you to another support service.
No, you don’t need to be an ongoing participant to attend group camping programs. Our camping programs are on at various times during the year and you can join at any time.
Before accessing services, you will need to have a service agreement with Care for Choice.
Care for Choice prioritises your NDIS goals, tailoring our activities and programs to meet your unique needs and support you in achieving them. Every six months, we schedule a meeting with you to review and update your individualised plan, ensuring that our services align closely with your aspirations.
Yes, Care for Choice can organise a time with you to meet your support worker before support comences.

Care for Choice is a provider of NDIS supports and the supports you receive can be paid through your self managed plan or through your plan manager.
Quotes are provided to all new and existing participants for group camping activities and the costs of supports will be included in your service agreement.

Care for Choice requires you to provide 7 days notice if you need to cancel your supports.
